Who We Are

Meet The Owner, Ben Demarest

Ben is the founder and owner of Revive Home Remodel and proud community member in the Willamette Valley. From the time he was a child he loved to work with his hands and create!

Fast forward a few years and Ben was given his start in the construction industry and never looked back. Ben started Revive Home Remodel after spending the last decade working in the residential construction field. In 2014 Ben and his spouse, Courtney, relocated to Eugene to experience all the things Oregon has to offer and the Willamette Valley became home.

With professional experience in all things residential construction. Ben has worked as an on-site tradesman, a technical sales representative for a building material manufacturer, and as the general manager for a local general contractor. Ben brings a unique skill set to work everyday.

“My goal when starting RHR was to use our experience and bring our clients a remodeling service that would help make their house look fantastic, but also keep budget in mind.” One of the cornerstones of Revive Home Remodel is delivering our services on a budget. With a little creativity and a low overhead small business model we have the ability to take on the small projects to upgrade your space or transform your whole house.

In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, fly fishing on the Mckenzie River, riding bikes in the Willamette Valley, and spending time with his family and dogs! Another passion is rafting guiding on the Mckenzie River and refereeing youth and adult Ice hockey in Eugene.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website, please contract us if you have any questions. We look forward to  the opportunity to earn your business! Have a fantastic day!

Meet Mikey Harris, Our Right Hand Man

Mikey Harris is a native Idahoan and joined the revive team March of 2020. He attended college in northern Idaho and received his associate degree. Soon after graduating college Mikey moved back to Boise, Idaho where he started his career as a wild land firefighter. Mikey worked for many different agencies over the course of 7 years ending his fire career with the USFS on the Idaho City hotshots. “It was one of the hardest and most strenuous jobs I have ever had, but also one of the most rewarding.”

After his fire career Mikey started his career in finish carpentry where he mastered all things trim, along with doing custom shelving for large walk-in closets and entire houses. “I have always had a love for building things ever since I was a little kid. There’s just something so rewarding about creating something from nothing.”

Mike lives with his partner Jessica and dog Kona. He has a great love and respect for the outdoors. Some of his hobbies include fly fishing, hiking, rock climbing, foraging for wild and edible mushrooms, working in his garden, and enjoying his off time with his family. Mikey is outgoing, loyal, dedicated, and has an innate attention for detail. His passion in his work shows and he strives to give our clients the best possible finished product.
